This private apartment makes part of a holiday home which consists of five apartments and is located in the tourist location of Srima.
This apartment is detached from the main house and has its beautiful private veranda, furnished with outdoor table and chairs.
The interior is divided into: a double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen with living room where there is a sofa.
The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, private parking place inside the property.
On the outside of the apartment there is a nice stone grill solution to enjoy some evening barbecues. The sea is only 150 meters away from the house and can be easily reached on foot. The beach is pebbly and the tree-lined promenade with low marine pines, crystal clear sea with a view of the islands on the horizon.

Cancellation policy
Reservations cancelled 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund
Reservations cancelled 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund
Check-in is possible after 2 pm while check-out is required by 10:30
Tourist tax to be paid locally: 1 euro per person per night
Children under 10 years do not pay the tourist tax
